Purpose of Service:

USAN is a Deep Water Condensate Development situated offshore Nigeria. The field development comprises a spread moored FPSO connected to subsea wells (42) with Oil export (180 KBOPD) via offloading buoy and tandem export.

 

Scope of Service:

• Promote Company's SSHE Guidelines within the workplace to ensure "Nobody Gets Hurt"

• Quality Control of USAN DW completion equipment (Intelligent and conventional)

• Ensure on-time delivery of reliable completion equipment

• Liaise with Quality Manager to promote continuous improvement and document Lessons Learnt for the inspection, testing and assembly of completion equipment

• Work closely with Vendors utilizing/developing QCP's for the inspection, testing and assembly of completion equipment

• Provide daily updates to the Quality Manager on equipment preparation and readiness

• Utilize Company Nonconformance Program to document deficiencies within the Quality Control processes

• Perform incoming inspection and testing of new and rig returned equipment as deemed necessary by Company and identified within QCP's

• Periodic training of Nigerian QC Representatives of Intelligent Completions

 

Essential service provider qualifications / experience:

• Graduate of BEng level (or equivalent professional experience)

• 7-10 years of experience in Inspection, Testing and Assembly of completion equipment (Intelligent and Conventional) is essential

• Knowledge of the following Specification and Recommended Practices are required as a minimum:

1. API Q1 - Specification for Quality Programs for the Petroleum, Petrochemical and Natural Gas Industry (Manufacturing)

2. API Q2 - Specification for Quality Management System Requirements for Service Supply Organizations for the Petroleum and Natural Gas Industries

3. API 14A - Specification for Subsurface Safety Valve Equipment

4. API 11D1 - Specification for Packers and Bridge Plugs

5. API 5CT - Specification for Casing and Tubing

6. API 11V1 - Specification for Gas Lift Equipment

7. API 5B - Threading, Gauging, and Inspection of Casing, Tubing and Line Pipe

8. API Spec 7 (all) - Specification for Threading and Gauging of Rotary Shouldered Thread Connections

9. TH Hill DS-1 - Specification for Inspection of Used Rotary Shouldered Thread Connections and Accessories/Specialty Tools

10. Knowledge of Liner Hanger and Tieback Systems

11. Knowledge of Inspection Disciplines such as MT, LT, VT, UT as a minimum
