WORLD CLASS RESORT SEEKING THE SERVICES OF A HOTEL MANAGEMENT COMPANY
Our client is an ultra modern resort and conference center in the cosmopolitan city of Lagos with state of the art facilities and a massive player in the hospitality industry in Lagos. The resort and conference center, which is committed to providing guests with affordable recreational places where they can think through ideas, review strategies, unwind and meditate, boasts the following;
- Very spacious and picturesque setting
- A Restaurant offering Continental, Nigerian and Chinese cuisine and which can sit up to 200 guests.
- Fitness Facilities; comprising a lawn tennis court, table tennis court, squash court, a gymnasium and sauna.
- Mosque and Chapel
- The successful company will be required to provide the following services;
- Management of the Resort and personnel that will provide personalised, courteous, sincere and consistent services.
- Identifying ways of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of services to guests
- Resolving difficult or unusual problems arising with the Resort.
- Training of personnel, recruitment of staff, interactive management and professional coaching for improved performance
- Feasibility Studies and Forecasting in the hospitality industry
- Marketing strategy and follow-up
- Providing latest Catering and Hotel equipment of world class standard
- Organizing Tourism packages for individual, corporate and governmental organizations.
- Upgrading of the Resort’s Facilities to international standards.
- Raising finance to upgrade the Resort’s
- The managers must also possess cognate experience in this field and must have successfully
